According to information provided by the CHDA, as of July 25, only 1,465 out of a total of 2,688 had been registered, according to the previous registry.
A press release from the entity states that, "due to the recurrent backlog year after year in the registration of affidavits, the General Directorate of the Farm, is evaluating some kind of measure to avoid these delays.".
